MAF ("Math + Fun", "the App") is an educational math practice platform designed for children in grades 1–8, developed and operated by RiskXLabs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). MAF is offered as a subscription service. The App provides AI-powered tutoring, progress tracking, and an incentive system that allows parents to reward their children with Roblox gift card codes upon reaching performance milestones.
MAF is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Robux" and "Roblox" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.
RiskXLabs LLC will never share your child's username, contact information, or any personally identifiable information with our affiliates, partners, or any third party for commercial, marketing, or advertising purposes.
Parent accounts: Must be created by an adult aged 18 or older. The parent account holder is responsible for all activity on linked child accounts and for all charges incurred.
Child accounts: Intended for use by children under parental supervision. Children under 13 may only use MAF with verifiable parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
By creating a parent account and linking a child account, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and consent to the collection and use of the child's data as described in our Privacy Policy.
MAF is a paid subscription service. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscription fee: $[PRICE]/month per family account, billed monthly in advance. This fee covers access to the MAF platform, AI tutoring features, progress tracking, and the parent dashboard.
Robux gift card codes are not included in the subscription fee. Gift card codes are purchased separately on your behalf when your child reaches a reward milestone. The cost of each gift card code will be charged to your payment method at the time of purchase. You will receive a notification before each gift card purchase.
Automatic renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Gift card codes that have been delivered are non-refundable.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
MAF's reward system allows parents to set performance thresholds. When a child meets the threshold, a Roblox gift card code is automatically delivered through the App.

MAF uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized tutoring, analyze performance, and generate educational content. By using these features:
All content, features, and functionality of MAF — including but not limited to the problem generator, AI tutoring system, scoring algorithms, and visual design — are owned by MAF and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
MAF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of MAF will improve a child's academic performance. Educational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAF's liability for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms constitute an agreement between you and RiskXLabs LLC and are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by displaying a notice in the App. Continued use of MAF after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
